Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Caliea platform at caliea.app, operated by Innovexa OÜ (Registry code: 16856588, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Estonia). By accessing or using Caliea in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1. Service Description

Caliea is a digital subscription platform providing food tracking tools, video fitness courses, AI-powered wellness guidance, and educational nutrition content. All content is provided solely for general informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the platform constitutes medical, clinical, or dietary advice.

2. Eligibility

Access is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 or over with full legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@caliea.app.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Caliea offers paid subscription plans processed by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

5. No Refunds — Limited Exception

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. By completing your purchase and accessing the service, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of Caliea; circumvent security or access controls; or upload harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in Caliea is owned exclusively by or licensed to Innovexa OÜ. You receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for private non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Caliea is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy of nutritional data, and uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovexa OÜ's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the Estonia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

11. Amendments

The Company may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
